Here's how to take care of it:

• Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

• Avoid prolonged immersion in water.

• Never put it in the dishwasher.

• Wipe dry immediately after use.

Renovation (every 1 to 3 months depending on use):

• Apply a thin layer of grape seed oil (or another neutral food-grade oil) with a clean cloth.

• Allow it to penetrate for a few hours or overnight.

• Wipe off any excess with a dry cloth.
