Lily of the valley - Decorated biscuit

This adorable biscuit is made from a buttery vanilla shortbread, both crispy and melting, and is then hand-decorated with delicate royal icing.

The biscuit is individually packaged in a sealed bag.

Each biscuit is a small work of art, carefully crafted in our workshop in Roubaix.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, eggs, corn starch, vanilla extract, potato starch, salt, meringue powder (pasteurized egg albumen, sugar, flavouring, acidifier E343, stabilizer E414, antioxidant E331, foaming agent E1505), food colorants* (soy).
