Composition and Therapeutic Actions
Scots Pine: Antiseptic and decongestant for the respiratory tract. Expectorant and mucolytic, it thins secretions in the airways and soothes coughs. Anti-infectious and antifungal. Diuretic and hepato-biliary draining.
Borage (flower): It improves skin elasticity, prepares for sun exposure, moisturizes, aids healing, reduces wrinkles, stretch marks, and dermatoses. Borage also alleviates pain from rheumatism or menstruation. This beneficial plant promotes digestion, tones, and calms coughs.
Lavender: Used for its antiseptic, antispasmodic, diuretic, hypotensive, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic properties.
Thyme: A powerful immune system stimulant, with antioxidant properties, a defender of the uro-digestive system, a source of essential minerals and a beauty ally of choice.
Hyssop: Expectorant, fluidifying or tonic for treating and strengthening the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. Antispasmodic, it improves digestion and helps to expel intestinal gas. Antipyretic, it reduces fever. Diaphoretic.
Great Mullein: Used mainly to calm coughs and, more generally, inflammation of the respiratory tract, due to its expectorant and soothing properties.
Nettle: General tonic, remineralizing, fortifying, antioxidant, diuretic, anti-anemic, hemostatic. Nettle is perfect for fighting fatigue, anemia, or muscle cramps. It is rich in vitamins, selenium, iron, zinc, and manganese.
How to enjoy the benefits of your infusion:
- Infuse 2 to 3 grams of infusion in hot water (250 ml). 3 to 4 cups per day.
- Cover your infusion.
- Wait 10 minutes before enjoying.

- Place the infusion bag before adding hot water.
- Steep for 10 minutes before enjoying.
